OUR CEO AND FOUNDER
Rafael Pecchio
Rafael Pecchio, founder and CEO, has over 35 years of experience creating, imagining, controlling, funding, and orchestrating the process of real estate development from beginning to end in large scale projects throughout North and South America. Mr. Pecchio holds a Master's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Service from IESA, a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana and served as Harvard University Negotiation Method Facilitator.
