Alfredo Volante has been active in real estate acquisition and asset management since 2015, with expertise in property valuation, expense forecasting, contractor management, and cost analysis. At ILP Developers, he serves as Construction Manager for Elevate at Dania Beach, a 293-unit luxury multifamily development, overseeing project deliverables, construction coordination, code compliance, permitting, and licensing. Mr. Volante holds a degree from Lock Haven University and is a licensed aeronautical pilot.
